Account Issues

If you're having trouble signing in, try resetting your password. If the issue persists, contact us with the email address associated with your account.

Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly in the app: go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data. If you can't access the app, email us and we'll handle it for you.
